Day-to-day servicing of clients took precedence over planning, systems, processes and innovation. This resulted in a lack of organizational design and executional challenges. Additionally, a SaaS platform was put together in piecemeal fashion with an over-reliance on plug-ins. The platform was slow, buggy, and many features simply did not work.
A new workflow was created that impacted the entire organization. A hub and spoke structure allowed for better, more flexible controls, and a database was designed, enabling past services to be catalogued and searched by a multitude of categories, making future planning processes more streamlined.
wYrks relentless pursuit of “why” lead to a new core business proposition: “Helping Businesses Create Cultures Of Confidence”. This new positioning enabled PowerPlay to differentiate itself from a market that almost solely spoke about employee engagement, a position that was not truly deliverable by incentive programs alone. However, an employee who is recognized and rewarded inherently builds confidence in their work.
After stabilizing the original platform, we are now embarking on a newly conceived SaaS Platform and launching Digital Marketing campaigns built around “creating cultures of confidence.”
