TryGlobal is a small environmental startup with a novel set of products that can be used in lake management, agriculture and waste management.
As with any new product the market demands demonstration of product safety and efficacy. The company was becoming overwhelmed by the amount of data that was being collected with no data management system in place. However, this data was the key to gaining trust within markets and among investors. Additionally, it was difficult to tell their story in a compelling way with out divulging proprietary information.
wYrks immediately set about creating a data collection, management and analysis system. From this newly formed process and interactive database we were able to extract results that were the foundation for impactful case studies.
Case studies answered the questions surrounding efficacy, but it was still necessary to demonstrate safety, which was done through toxicity studies, regulatory documentation and safety certifications from NSF.
As the scientific story was taking shape it was then necessary to bridge the divide between science, sales teams, and end users. These communications needed to cater to a wide range of audiences, from academia, to regulators, to homeowners and salespeople. This translation of complex matters into appropriate communications for each audience is critical to the product’s success. This was accomplished through targeted information sheets, explainer videos and brand impact videos.
