Their rapid growth has resulted in a siloed, hierarchal structure, legacy procedures and a lack of technical innovation that hampers operational efficiency – from case load and document management, research, onboarding, communications and cultural development.
In order to build out appropriate transformation and tech innovations it was critical to first understand current structure, industry best practices, current state/desired state and the performance “gap” that exists. wYrks created an in-depth document that highlighted areas of weakness and opportunities for organizational redesign and made foundational recommendations.
The client identified HR related issues as a priority. wYrks began creating “future cast story boards” and initial scope for a predictive AI software solution that utilizes analysis of responses, voice and video to estimate an individual’s likelihood of success in the firm’s fast-paced environment. Future cast story boards are created to help visualize the pain points of the audience and lay out potential solutions. It brings to life problem and solution and ensures alignment.
